Oversee the monthly audit evidence submissions andsupport the Operational Leads where required in the interest of serviceimprovement and regulatory compliance.
Prepare and submit timely reports on governance,audit findings, and service quality improvement initiatives to seniormanagement as required.
Contribute to the overall quality assurance of ABLGovernance systems and take remedial action to improve these where required.

o Where required, undertake mandatory riskassessments and consider how risks can be reduced.
o Provide support on workplace adjustments bymanaging reasonable adjustment requests, provide equipment where required.
o Undertake site safety inspections to check policiesand procedures are being properly implemented and ensuring all documentation isup to date.

Person Specification Qualifications Essential - Minimum of 2 years working in a health or social care related field.
Desirable - IOSH or NEBOSH Qualified.
- Safeguarding Level 4 (Designated Safeguarding Officer).
