About the Role:

PHD EMEA are looking for a Global Strategy Associate Director working on our Porsche account. Reporting to a Director, you will be responsible for delivering global media strategy, planning & marketing communications excellence, and guiding local markets in the same direction.

The role will be a key stakeholder in client meetings and reviews, helping build our client’s business by identifying short-term and long-term opportunities. You must have the ability to translate business and marketing requirements into viable solutions and manage decision-making.

Demonstrating a deep understanding of the client’s business is key, ensuring our solutions use brilliant insights to develop ideas that deliver tangible brand and business results. You will collaborate with all teams in the agency, understand the strategic goals of the client and the company, and contribute to achieving them.

  • Global responsibility for raising overall Comms planning standards across all markets
  • Responsibility for overall strategic direction globally and ensuring this is implemented locally
  • Leadership of the strategic Porsche product/content campaigns across all markets
  • Evolving and developing innovation within the Porsche media strategy, adapting to shifting consumer behavior
  • Development of innovation framework and ensuring uptake within markets and centrally
  • Key contact for clients and local agencies regarding strategy, partnerships, and areas of innovation
  • Work hand-in-hand with global client marketing and media teams
  • Ensure local plans reflect and deliver the global strategy
  • Active engagement in PHD strategic product development and strategic community
  • Ensure appropriateness and support of global partnerships and global content deals
  • Design and deliver specific global planning projects
  • Work with all agency partners

About you:

  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of media and communications, campaign planning process, strategy, implementation, and campaign follow-up. Embrace latest digital technologies / POE
  • Proven record of client management, strong communication and presentation skills. Strong aptitude for driving collaboration and integration, building “partner” relationships with clients, colleagues, and departments.
