This is an exciting opportunity to join us as our Global Producer, as we continue our mission to empower women through fitness and beyond. By joining our dynamic photography studio team, you'll help us to bring our brand vision to life through producing shoots that create inspiring imagery that resonates with our audience.

The Producer will play a key role in managing and coordinating all production and samples for studio e-commerce, lookbook and creative support shoots. You will work closely with the Studio, Brand Creative, Online and Product teams to execute photo shoots that highlight the Sweaty Betty brand and product with a true consumer focus.

This includes managing timelines, talent, samples, equipment and logistics to ensure the smooth running of each shoot, enabling great quality and creativity on-set, whether in our King's Cross based studio or out on location.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Production: Supporting the Senior Studio Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end production process for photography shoots, including pre-production planning, shoot execution, and post-production follow-up.
  2. Sample Management: Working with the Product teams to receive and check in a weekly drop of samples for all shoots, and alongside the Stylist and Senior Brand Editor to prioritise samples for shooting online.
  3. Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and manage shoot schedules for our studio based and on-location seasonal creative content shoots, working closely with photographers, stylists, models, hair/makeup artists, post-production and other creatives to ensure all elements are in place on time. Ensuring we are efficiently driven, supporting to implement a capture process to support daily KPIs and future volumes.
  4. Budget Management: Supporting the Head of Studio to adhere to budgets for photoshoots, ensuring all expenses stay within budget while still achieving the desired results.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Studio, Design Lead, Photographers, Stylists, and other team members to bring the creative vision to life, ensuring the brand's aesthetic and messaging are consistently reflected in regular model casting, reviews & feedback - for e-commerce, creative and external brand briefs, keeping a continuous pool of diverse model talent.
  6. Talent Management: Coordinate with model agencies or directly with talent to secure the right models for each photoshoot.
  7. Logistics & Equipment: Source and organise necessary props, backdrops, samples, locations, and equipment for shoots. Ensure everything is set up and ready for a smooth shooting experience.
  8. Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during the shoot, including technical challenges, scheduling conflicts, or last-minute changes, with professionalism and quick thinking.
  9. Internal Relations: Manage relationships with internal teams, pro-actively working with Product, Online and Brand teams to evolve ways of working in the end-to-end production process.
  10. External Relations: Manage relationships with external suppliers, freelancers, agencies, and other third parties involved in the production process.
  11. Studio Logistics: Supporting in the maintenance and upkeep of the studio space, ordering supplies and working with building contractors to ensure upkeep, cleanliness and security is in place to ensure a smooth shoot experience.
  12. Future Focus: Supporting the introduction of motion to the e-commerce studio in 2025, as well as continued testing and development of our PLP assets.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Experience: 2+ years of solid experience in coordinating studio operations and shoot production within a studio environment, preferably in fashion & activewear.
  2. Project Management Skills: Strong ability to juggle multiple shoots and priorities, with exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with a hands-on, can-do approach.
  3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey ideas and expectations to teams and talent.
  4. Technical Knowledge: Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel. Some familiarity with photography and studio equipment from a production perspective, as well as an overall understanding of the post-production process and requirements downstream.
  5. Problem-Solving: A creative and pro-active thinker who can manage unforeseen challenges with a calm and solution-oriented approach, able to be flexible and adapt to change.
  6. Passion for Fashion/Activewear: Passion for Sweaty Betty and a strong interest and knowledge of female activewear and lifestyle market.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Experience working with female-focused brands or in the activewear sector.
  2. Knowledge of digital media and photography platforms, including image management and sharing tools.
  3. Proficiency in production tools like Monday.com, Sample Management Tools, or other project management software.
  4. A network of contacts within the creative and e-commerce photography and model industry.
