Named a Time 100 Most Influential Company and Fast Company Brand That Matters, Lime continues to set the pace for shared micromobility globally.

Lime is hiring a Global Program Manager to join our Repair Operations team! In this role, you will drive global initiatives to enhance mechanic efficiency, fleet reliability, and repair process standardization across our warehouse operations. Your mission is to embed a culture of operational excellence, ensuring compliance, scalability, and continuous improvement in mechanic workflows.

As a data-driven problem solver, you’ll analyze performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement strategic changes to optimize repair operations and reduce costs. You will collaborate with local and central teams, champion best practices, and leverage strong data and analytical skills to drive measurable long-term improvements.

If you thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments, are passionate about process optimization, using data to identify opportunities, and enjoy working cross-functionally in a global organization, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do:
  • Optimize Repair Operations: Identify data-driven opportunities to improve mechanic efficiency, labor planning, and cost reduction.
  • Standardize Global Best Practices: Develop, implement, and scale warehouse SOPs, productivity tools, and process improvements.
  • Lead Strategic Planning: Contribute to OKRs, roadmaps, and budget planning, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and efficiency, empowering warehouse teams to challenge and refine processes.
  • Collaborate & Influence: Partner with cross-functional teams to design warehouse layouts, workflow optimizations, and data-driven decision-making tools.
  • Be a Guardian of Quality: Ensure operational consistency, compliance, and fleet reliability across global markets.
About you:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience leading process improvements and operational changes in a high-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics, including advanced SQL, spreadsheet, and data visualization skills.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus (but not required).
  • Ability to problem-solve in real-time while keeping a long-term strategic mindset.
  • Willingness and ability to travel (~10%) to key warehouse locations to learn about locally developed best practices and support on-the-ground implementation.
