Position: Global Program Manager Citrix by Cloud Software Group

What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?

  1. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and creating the relationship between the organization and suppliers and customers.
  2. Drive the development and execution of strategy and business development and go-to-market plans.
  3. Ensure execution to sales growth plans by coordinating the execution of initiatives and establishing relationships with key stakeholders across geographies.
  4. Drives results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities.
  5. Leads stakeholder management sessions and keeps various management abreast of business dynamics by maintaining open lines of communication.
  6. Collaborate with the sales team across geos to understand business trending and forecast and consolidate input to management.
  7. Provide market intelligence and competitive watch; evaluate, develop, and manage market-specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.
  8. Closely work with the marketing team to manage releases to customers, promotions, and advertising.
  9. Monitor the deployment of marketing and go-to-market actions against set KPIs.
  10. Ensure the sales and technical teams across geos are enabled with the go-to-market strategy.

This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.

More about the function: The Citrix Global Strategic Program Manager is recognized as an expert in their area within the organization. They interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices. Works independently, with guidance in most complex situations.
