Base pay range

Sector: FMCG / Manufacturing

Location: Remote with occasional travel to UK & Europe sites

Salary & Package: £75,000 - £80,000 + an additional strong benefits package

Sea Global are delighted to be partnering with a globally renowned leader in the FMCG sector, who are currently looking to appoint a Procurement Manager to join their team! They are a global consumer goods company who are transforming their procurement function and have ambitious plans for the future.

They are looking for Procurement professionals with expertise across the Facilities Management category, such as Hard (e.g. Engineering, Maintenance) and Soft (e.g. Security, Cleaning, Catering) FM.

The role reports directly into the Global Head of Indirect Procurement and sits within the wider procurement function where you will be responsible for managing the FM category. They are looking for someone with industry experience who can hit the ground running from day one.

They are looking for someone to come in on a 12-month FTC with the option to go permanent. Please see below and reach out for more information!

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies across the FM category.
  • Responsible for leading end-to-end procurement including Tenders, Negotiation, Supplier Relationship Management, Contract Management, and Spend Data Analysis.
  • Build relationships with local and international suppliers, negotiating and ensuring deals align with business activities.
  • Oversee Marketing spend, strategic sourcing, and supplier negotiations.

Experience & Requirements

  • Strong understanding of procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced market, demonstrating excellent supplier and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the FM category.
  • Ideally degree and/or MCIPS qualified (however, this is not at all essential)
