Job Description
- Leading a team of 5 Category Managers & Buyers
- Creating and leading the end-to-end procurement strategy.
- Developing long-term relationships with global suppliers.
- Working with internal stakeholders including Finance, NPD & Engineering.
The Successful Applicant
- A track record within manufacturing procurement
- Experience working with global suppliers
- Experience upskilling and managing a procurement team
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for procurement and supply chain
What's on Offer
Up to £75,000 plus bonus and benefits. Flexible working (3 days pw on site in Stevenage).
