Job Description:

We are currently working on an exciting opportunity for a Global Pricing Lead with a rapidly growing pharmaceutical company. This pivotal role will focus on shaping global pricing strategy, reimbursement frameworks, and market access considerations, specifically within the rare diseases sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement global pricing strategies and policies.
  2. Collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive key pricing initiatives.
  3. Ensure comprehensive market access strategies, including reimbursement considerations, are in place.
  4. Contribute to shaping and optimizing pricing frameworks on a global scale.

What We're Looking For:

  1. 8+ years of industry experience in pricing strategy, market access, or Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) at a global level.
  2. Proven expertise in pricing and reimbursement within the pharmaceutical sector.
  3. Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross-functionally with senior leadership.
  4. Experience in rare disease therapeutic areas is a plus.
  5. Contract: 6-month contract with a strong potential for a permanent role starting in early 2026.
  6. Location: Hybrid role with a preference for Paris-based candidates, but open to those near Hemel Hempstead.
