Global People Experience and Internal Communications Specialist - 9 months FTC

13 December 2024

At Costa Coffee, we are what we craft. We’re reimagining coffee experiences in over 50 countries and counting, as a key part of the Coca-Cola System. Whether you get your coffee in a store, from a machine, at home, or on the go – we’ve got you covered.

Are you passionate about driving strategic internal communications initiatives for team members to feel informed, connected, and engaged in their life at work? Do you thrive in collaborative environments where you can be a true partner to key stakeholders to make a meaningful impact?

We're looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Global People Experience and Internal Communications Specialist at Costa Coffee. You'll be a key player in supporting our team members informed, connected, and engaged in their life at work through storytelling, content creation, and channel activation of operational, brand and product, cultural, and business topics, among others through our Costa Connect news centre, weekly newsletter, and small-scale change communications plans.

As a Global People Experience and Internal Communications Specialist, there’s never been a better time to join.

  • 50% discount in all Costa-owned stores, and 25% off in other participating stores
  • Private medical cover thanks to our Private Healthcare scheme
