You’ll be someone who is both comfortable working proactively and managing your own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and BDO’s partners to help businesses effectively. You’ll be encouraged to identify and draw attention to opportunities for enhancing our delivery and providing additional services to organisations we work with.

Overview:

This is a key role in supporting BDO’s Global Payroll Services (GPS) in billing our key clients and partners. You will be required to liaise with key stakeholders within BDO and our clients. This is a time critical role that encompasses a number of repetitive tasks but is crucial to the performance of our projects and business. Training will be given on the Workday system. In this role you will be:

  1. Running WIP reports out of WorkDay
  2. Feeding data into bespoke billing templates
  3. Working with Account Management Consultants to review transactions received on accounts and writing them off
  4. Balancing each individual client account to ensure any variances are explained and total zero
  5. Calculating provisions and producing closing bills
  6. Raising invoices in Workday
  7. Ensuring that all bills are raised by the deadline set each month
  8. Liaising with different departments internally
  9. Liaising with clients over billing queries
