Global Payer Strategy Lead

We are currently looking for a Global Payer Strategy Lead to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in the Berkshire area. As the Global Payer Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of systematic literature reviews (SLRs) to support the development of Global Value Dossiers (GVD) and other core payer evidence deliverables.

This is a contract initially until the end of 2025 with possible extension. This role could offer fully remote working for the right candidate, but ideally someone is happy to travel to site in the London/Berkshire border every so often.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support the development and delivery of comprehensive GVDs and DAR documentation, ensuring materials meet relevant clearance requirements and are delivered on time.
2. Input to the preparation and execution of early Health Technology Assessment (HTA) engagement processes for the company's assets.
3. Contribute to creating and refining global payer evidence materials, including Payer Value Narratives, HTA & Payer Strategy documents, and Objection Handlers.
4. Reinforce readiness reviews for critical country payer value narratives and support external engagement activities for strategy validation, dossier adaptation, and objection handling during negotiations, ensuring alignment with the global strategy.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

1. Relevant degree in business, science, or a related discipline (e.g. economics, epidemiology, health policy, pharmacy).
2. Proven industry experience in market access-related functions in the (bio)pharmaceutical industry or consulting, including health economics, outcomes research, or health technology assessment.
3. A working knowledge and practical experience with leading projects or programs within a global / matrix environment.
