Global Mobility Consultant

About the Role: I am delighted to be supporting my client, a leading consultancy firm, seeking a client-centric Global Mobility Consultant to join the business. In this role, you will work closely with multinational clients to design, implement, and transform their global mobility programs. You will play a crucial role in managing stakeholder relationships, ensuring compliance, and driving efficiency in mobility strategies. This is a client-facing position that requires strong commercial awareness and the ability to navigate complex global mobility challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on global mobility policies, tax compliance, immigration, and relocation strategies.
2. Develop and implement mobility transformation strategies, optimising processes and technology to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR, tax, legal, and immigration teams, to deliver seamless mobility solutions.
4. Utilise data analytics to provide insights into mobility trends and support data-driven decision-making for clients.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global mobility trends, tax regulations, and immigration policies across multiple jurisdictions.
6. Support business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations.
7. Drive continuous improvement in client service delivery, leveraging technology and best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in global mobility consulting, international HR, Reward or a related field, preferably within a Big Four environment or a multinational organisation.
2. Strong understanding of expatriate taxation, immigration laws, social security, and global mobility best practices.
3. Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with senior executives and HR leaders.
4. Commercially astute with a focus on delivering cost-effective and value-driven solutions.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex mobility challenges.
6. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
