We are looking for a Global Medical Learning Lead Neurology & Rare who is passionate, strategic, and people-focused to join us in our Global Medical Learning team, preferably based in one of our hubs in Brussels, BE; Slough, UK.
About the role
As a Global Medical Learning Lead, you will work closely with subject matter experts to create impactful and cutting-edge training resources. Your role will focus on ensuring that Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) are equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders. You will also develop strategies that align with global medical goals while considering the MSLs' unique needs, both from a learning and practical application standpoint.
Who you’ll work with
You will collaborate with global medical leads, regional teams, and subject matter experts to design and implement training initiatives across various regions. You will play a key role in shaping the strategy for medical education and training, with a specific focus on the needs of MSLs in the field.
