Global Head of HR Operations

Purpose led, not for profit business with employees across the globe

Working closely with a new CPO to evolve HR operations, to align more closely with the business agenda and provide an enhanced experience, better metrics, reducing cost and duplicity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the HR team, across multiple locations
• Overhaul HR policies and procedures globally
• Streamline workflow, process, systems – make recommendations for future investment
• Review the organisation design and ensure pay and grading is aligned and attractive
• Lead on change management/project plans and communication
• Restructuring and leading on consultations
• Centralised HR projects, to drive one organisation
