Global Head of End User Services Location: City of London Sector: Financial Services
This is an exciting opportunity to run an Infrastructure team supporting critical IT services focusing on Windows, AD and Messaging. The focus of the team is on the proactive assessment of IT services and implementing appropriate updates and enhancements. The role has global responsibility for the Desktop Management, Desktop Support and Voice Support functions.
Highlighted Job Duties
Be the global lead for End User Services
Support various technologies including desktop devices, desktop applications, and mobile devices.
Accountable and responsible for the 24×7 support for End User Services.
Responsible for the effective delivery of the IT strategy for End User Services.
Required Experience
Minimum 10 years IT Support with at least 5 years of supervisory experience.
Experience managing a global team looking after End User Services.
Track record of managing teams in a complex fast-moving financial services environment.
Strong technical skills in desktop platforms and trader voice platforms, including CUCM, PBX, Turret, Voice recording, AV, Windows Desktops, SCCM, App-V, Office Applications, AD, FilePrint Services, Desktop and Mobile hardware.
