Are you looking to join a high-performing, collaborative sales team within Global Banks and Global Financial Institutions?

We are seeking a Client Service Manager in London to provide coverage while a team member is on maternity leave. This role is essential to supporting our strategically important Global Banks division, a key driver of growth across our multi-regional business and investment franchises.

The Client Service Manager will report directly to the Head of Global Banks based in London.

What would your role be?

Client Services/ Sales Support

1. Support and co-ordinate activity for the coverage teams for Tier 1 & 2 Global Banks across all involved Vontobel regions
2. Maintain an actionable and measurable coverage plan for each Global Bank
3. Ensure regular internal communication on each Global Bank’s coverage progress
4. Systematically gather intelligence on each Global Bank across headquarters and local entities
5. Assemble market intelligence on competitor moves and best practice
6. Monitor growth targets per Global Bank by relevant investment franchise and geography
7. Track progress against business plan for each Global Bank
8. Assist the automated and standardized production of management intelligence for each Global Bank, linking CRM, MIS and pipeline information globally
9. Act as a point of contact for client requests and queries on the business development front

What are we looking for?

1. 3 years+ experience working in the Financial Services industry in a sales/ client related capacity
2. Client centric mindset combined with a genuine passion for investing
3. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
4. Strong team player who is also able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
5. Excellent numeracy and writing skills
6. Highly organised with the ability to multi-task
7. Attention to detail and enthusiasm for working as part of a client-oriented team
8. Strong interpersonal skills
9. Highly developed proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint and Salesforce
