Our client, a world-leading technology business powering progress across industries from electronics and medical research to renewable energy and infrastructure, is looking for a driven Safety & Environmental Manager to lead SHE (Safety, Health & Environmental) initiatives across our client's global field service operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Shape and roll out tailored SHE programs for field service teams
  2. Ensure full compliance with global safety and environmental regulations
  3. Lead training, audits, risk assessments, and performance reviews
  4. Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, clients, and regulatory bodies
  6. Support emergency response planning and embed sustainability initiatives
What You Bring:
  1. A degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering—or related field
  2. 5+ years in SHE leadership, including 2+ in a field service or mobile workforce environment
  3. Recognised certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH) a big plus
  4. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive impact independently
