Salary:UK- £47,000 to £55,000 per annum – Grade 6
Employment and Contract Type:Full-time and permanent position.

The Main Purpose of Your Role
At Mauve Group, we are implementing artificial intelligence (AI) tools into our daily operations and further automating our processes, to remain competitive in a fast-growing market.
We are currently looking for a pivotal leader to work within our Employer of Record (EOR) division. With strong operational and people management skills, you will manage both the payroll and employment contract departments, ensuring the smooth integration of these processes and continuing our ethos of a people-first commitment to operational excellence. Focusing on various functional aspects, including those associated with the full payroll and employment contract cycles, you must have a tenacious, meticulous and precision-focused approach to ensuring compliance with the associated regulations and legislations in these areas.
