Job Description:

A Global Travel and Event management company with offices around the world is seeking a Data Protection Specialist to join their UK based global team (London).

The ideal candidate for this position will have global data protection experience and be able to manage the global privacy programme from a legal perspective, but also with wider compliance knowledge.

This is a hybrid working role based in central London.

The Role:
  • Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) and Data Mapping
  • Data Protection Impact Assessments and Transfer Impact Assessment
  • Data Sharing and Processing Agreements
  • Data Privacy Compliance
  • Working closely with stakeholders
  • Handling changes within business processes
Requirements:
  • Data Protection Specialist/ DPO
  • At least six years of relevant experience
  • Able to manage global privacy programmes
  • Law degree and relevant data privacy qualification
  • Great knowledge of Key Data Privacy legislations
  • Compliance experience
  • Strong communicator
