Global Clinical Project Manager

Hobson Prior is seeking a Global Clinical Project Manager to oversee and implement clinical trials in the cardiovascular field. The successful candidate will ensure that studies are conducted to high standards and comply with all necessary guidelines and regulations. This role requires effective leadership and communication skills to manage global study teams and collaborate with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead teams to conduct clinical trials according to guidelines and regulations.
2. Develop plans and reports to ensure project success.
3. Manage budgets and resources, working with finance for oversight.
4. Act as the main contact for project issues and risk management.
5. Coordinate training for team members to ensure compliance with procedures.
6. Communicate with sponsors and key partners as needed.
7. Oversee contract negotiations and vendor management.
8. Ensure regulatory and ethical compliance in local markets.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Key Skills and Requirements:

1. Experience in managing clinical trials and leading teams.
2. Degree in life sciences or a related field.
3. Strong organizational and presentation skills.
4. Excellent supervisory and interpersonal abilities.
5. Ability to adapt and improve work practices.
6. Effective in project management, communication, and negotiation.
7. Preferably experienced in overseeing outsourced work.
8. Understanding of cardiovascular disease and treatments is a plus.
9. Must be eligible to work in the UK.
