Programme Overview

Our Full Time Analyst programme is designed to offer you a broad and exciting experience within Leveraged Finance.

Training and Development

Your training and development are our top priorities with extensive formal training offered at the start of the program in addition to on the job support, educational speaker events and mentorship throughout.

Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Analyst, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  1. Originating and executing non-investment grade debt transactions for both private equity and corporate clients, including financing to support M&A, LBO and Dividend Recapitalisation
  2. Developing a strong understanding of credit and market fundamentals and making market-informed contributions on a broad array of financing structures
  3. Designing highly tailored presentations for clients, outlining solutions to their financing needs
  4. Interacting directly with our clients and other external parties (including investors) beside our product specialists to create and deliver financing solutions through Leveraged Finance products (leveraged loans, high yield bonds, bridge loans, etc.)
  5. Working on live transactions benefiting from direct exposure to clients (financial sponsors and corporates) and investors throughout the execution process
  6. Working closely with Investment Banking industry teams in the context of live transactions and origination efforts

Qualifications

  1. Candidates are required to be pursuing a BA/BS or a Master degree from an accredited college or university with a graduation timeframe between May 2024 - September 2025
  2. Must be available to join the Graduate Analyst programme as full time from July 2025
  3. Applications are accepted from a diverse range of degree disciplines such as the arts and humanities, as well as numerically focused subjects such as economics and mathematics
  4. Fluency in English is essential for all roles and a second European language may also be required for some roles
  5. Experience in Leveraged Finance, Investment Banking or Private Equity may be beneficial
  6. Strong A-level grades and on track for a minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
  7. You’ll need to demonstrate drive, innovation and a genuine interest in the financial markets
  8. Teamwork, leadership and problem-solving skills, plus creativity are key qualities, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task and interact with a variety of people
  9. Displaying analytical and problem-solving skills
  10. Influencing decisions and outcomes through effective communication and interpersonal skills
  11. Demonstrating integrity and ethics by earning other’s trust and respect through consistent honesty and professionalism in all interactions
