Global Accounts Manager

Location: London, Other, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for managing business development activities for high-profile named accounts in the CommScope Global Accounts & Multi-Tenant Data Centre (MTDC) program. Accountable for the coordination and strategic engagement on assigned global accounts. Responsible for the overall development and implementation of the account plan strategy.

This position will support the Europe, Middle East and Africa region for the CommScope Global Account and MTDC Business.

We are looking for a hardworking and highly professional individual to drive CommScope’s global infrastructure and networking specification, growing both revenue achievement and profitability across all customer divisions and business units. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting customer-focused programs that assist CommScope Value Proposition within targeted multi-regional customers.

You will have the empowerment and flexibility to actively go after new business both within assigned and new Global Accounts. Maintain, grow, and strengthen CommScope's relationship and position within these large strategic and multi-regional Data Centre customers through the organization's regional teams and partners.

Expectations include building upper-level management “Peer-to-Peer” relationships within large enterprise customers, ensuring the achievement of global sales revenue targets.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  1. 10+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, and or marketing possessing strong financial and business acumen.
  2. Outstanding interpersonal skills - verbal and written – able to capture relevant information and efficiently document and articulate findings to internal and external partners and cultural awareness.
  3. Experience with CRM Reporting Tools. Proficient in MS office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  4. Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

  2. Bachelors Degree in Engineering, International Relations or Business.
