Glass Production Studio Manager
Location: Poulton-le-Fylde (you can be based anywhere but would need to relocate to the Fylde Coast area of Lancashire)
Salary & Benefits: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, Annual Leave 20 plus B/Hols and increases with length of service

One of Europe's leading glass studios, renowned for its extensive expertise in decorative glass and the scale of projects delivered. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Glass Production Studio Manager to oversee our production processes and ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily operations of the glass production studio.
  2. Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
  3. Supervise and train production staff.
  4. Coordinate with design teams to ensure project specifications are met.
  5. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience in glass production or a related field.
  2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
