• Permanent – Full Time
• Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours a week
• Hybrid Working – 3 Days in the Office
• Based in London – White City, West London, moving to Camden Town in Oct 2024

We are now recruiting for an experienced and passionate Girlswear Designer within our Kidswear team based in London.

About the Role

The Designer will be part of the dedicated Kidswear team and will report to the Design Manager. This role will be hands-on, creating and developing design concepts for young and older girlswear. You will be involved in all aspects of the business from initial concept to finished product, ensuring we provide high-quality fashion to our customers. The business is fast-paced, requiring the Designer to be reactive, agile, resilient, and well-organised.

We are looking for a Senior Designer who is:

• Commercially aware of current trends and themes, developing the brand and working with production to ensure all products are designed and manufactured in line with customer direction and critical path within tight deadlines.
• An excellent communicator, comfortable working with colleagues and customers at all levels, including factories and third parties based in the Far East and Europe.
• Highly organised, efficient, and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Experienced in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel), Photoshop, and Illustrator; 3D design skills are beneficial.
• Knowledgeable in garment technical aspects with the ability to generate detailed tech packs.
• Driven, results-oriented, proactive, positive, and solutions-focused.
• Educated to degree level, ideally in fashion design, business, or retail.
