Due to an internal promotion, the Hilton Birmingham Metropole hotel is now recruiting for our next Gild Restaurant and Bar Manager. The Gild Restaurant and Bar is at the heart of the hotel and welcomes guests 24 hours a day. Experience in a busy bar or nightclub with Assistant Manager responsibilities would be ideal for this role. A great team leader with a passion for creating a great Guest Experience would be ideal for this position.
Annual Salary ranging from £35000 to £40000 plus Service Charge and tips.
Must be flexible to work in shifts.
A Restaurant and Bar Manager is responsible for managing restaurant operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines.
