The school is looking for a German teacher to work within an Ofsted Good school in Norfolk. The successful applicant will be expected to teach German at GCSE on a part-time basis. The German department is particularly successful and well-resourced, and it additionally boasts a supportive and approachable head of department. Experience and Qualifications

1. German teacher to teach German at GCSE
2. Have excellent subject knowledge
3. A teaching qualification with QTS
4. Legal ability to work within the UK

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Lesson planning and effective delivery to meet the needs of all learners
2. Assessment and recording of achievement
3. Managing the classroom and resources effectively in order to create a safe, stimulating and positive learning environment for all students
4. To maintain positive discipline and promote the well-being and progress of students, providing guidance and advice
5. Developing positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and students, maintaining effective lines of communication

Salary

The salary will be paid in line with the teacher pay scale (MPS / UPS)
