We are hiring for a German speaking Sales Administrator to join a successful, international fashion and accessories brand to support their German speaking business customers with all business communications.
Location of the job Manchester, office based - hybrid option after 6 months

Job responsibilities of the German speaking Sales Administrator Your role will have the following responsibilities:
Sales order processing support
Communicating with existing distributors regarding general order, stock availability, delivery and after sales queries
Working with our two third party warehouses in the UK and Belgium regarding shipment dates, picking instructions, and post shipment queries
Helping to respond to website enquiries
Invoicing orders throughout the day, including creating and fully reconciling all paperwork required for Brexit shipments where paperwork needs to be generated promptly and accurately
Offering ad-hoc office administration support
Travel and represent the Company at annual European trade shows depending on language skills
The successful candidate background
Fluency in German and English. Fluency also in French, Italian, Spanish or Dutch is an advantage
Good administration and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Previous customer services or sales support experience
A keen eye for detail
A good level of IT literacy is also key
Salary, benefits and working hours £28,000 and £32,000+ excellent company benefits.
