We're looking for a German speaking Marketing Manager to join an expanding international business and play a pivotal role in growing their presence in Germany. This remote role offers the chance to lead localisation efforts and drive the e-commerce strategy for a thriving brand. You'll manage digital marketing campaigns and tailor product offerings to the German market, helping to shape the brand's success in a new region. Key Responsibilities

1. Adapt the existing website for the German market, focusing on translating content, refining the user experience, and optimizing product selection.
2. Manage paid digital marketing, especially through Google Search and Shopping, to drive targeted web traffic and boost online sales.
3. Coordinate product launches, creating German-specific descriptions, images, technical details, and pricing.
4. Conduct market analysis, including competitor trends, compliance research, and identifying new opportunities.
5. Deliver performance reports with actionable insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Experience Required

1. Fluent in German with strong English skills.
2. At least two years' experience using Google suite tools (Search, Shopping, GA4, Console, Tag Manager).
3. Proven digital marketing experience with a data-driven approach to trend analysis.
