German-speaking Customer Support in Porto (30k anually)

Responsibilities

1. Support our existing customers with their technical and accounting issues over the phone, ticket and chat
2. Show our software solutions to customers via online demonstrations, presenting functionality that will solve their individual IT challenges
3. Identify customer needs and forward such requests to our sales department
4. Work closely with all members of the Customer Support team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our customers

1. University degree in the field of economics, or other relevant vocational education such as commercial or technical training preferred
2. Previous Customer Support experience
3. Native German and Business English (B2/C1) is mandatory
4. You need to be local in Porto or with a clear plan of going there
5. Other languages, such as Italian, Spanish or French are a plus
6. Windows/Mac user knowledge desirable
7. Determination, enthusiasm and willingness to learn
8. Working independently is just as important to you as team spirit
9. Strong communication skills and passion for working with people

1. Annual gross salary: 25000 € base + up to 5000 in Performance Bonus + 2400 € (net) in meal allowances
