German-speaking Customer Service Representative
Hybrid – Central London (3 days office, 2 days home)
Immediate Start | Temporary (3+ months)
Pay rate: £15 to £18 p/h depending on experience
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Care Representative to join a dynamic team in Central London. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in the office and two days from home. The company is an international leader in manufacturing of washroom equipment.
What You’ll Do:
Handle customer orders and queries efficiently
Provide customer service and support
Communicate with international teams and warehouses
Manage stock availability and order processing
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with Zendesk is essential
Fluent German (written & spoken) is essential
Previous customer service experience is essential
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Available to start immediately
This is a temporary role for a minimum of 3 months, with potential for extension.
