Job responsibilities of the German speaking Customer Service Advisor
As part of their international sales team, they wish to recruit a German speaking Customer Service Advisor. Working closely with the business development department, you will be the main contact between the company and its business customers in Germany, managing all the administration concerning international customer support.

Your role will typically include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Order processing for German speaking customers via email and telephone
  • Organise the transport and delivery of orders
  • Offer language and translation support to the international business development team
  • Processing and managing international sales orders
  • Creating invoices and sales orders for German speaking customers
  • Maintaining good knowledge of the product and the market

The successful candidate background

  • Fluency in German is essential, as well as English
  • Ideally previous experience in an administrative environment but this is not essential as full training will be given
  • Be well organised with high levels of attention to detail
  • Strong administrative skills
  • A good team worker
  • Demonstrate a professional style with clients
  • Cultural awareness

Salary, benefits & working hours
£24,000 to £27,500 neg. Working hours are full time, 08:00 am to 4:00pm, Monday-Friday, office based.
