Responsibilities include:
Supporting sales reps in the UK and Germany and liaising with them to ensure that orders are processed correctly and that the customer's requirements are met.
Assisting with looking after a German and UK based Sales Representative and all the orders/quotes which come from their customers.
Communicating directly with customers via email and telephone to deal with queries and issues.
Working at trade shows and at showrooms in the UK and Germany several times a year.
Working with freight agents and warehouse staff to organize the logistics of collections and deliveries.
Arranging special orders for key accounts based in the UK and Germany.
