Exciting opportunity for French or German HR ER Specialist in London! We are partnered with a bio-pharmaceutical company specialising in the exploration, creation, and distribution of pioneering treatments for critical medical needs. They are dedicated to improving the lives of patients facing life-threatening conditions, and their mission extends to advancing healthcare worldwide. We are looking for dedicated Employee Relations Specialist fluent in German or French to join their Shared Services team in Stockley Park on a temporary basis.

Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years managing Absences and Leaves policies preferred
  • Experience with Service Now and HR shared services model preferred
  • Fluency in French or German
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of HR principles and employment law in Europe
  • Strong organisational and project management skills

Role Overview:

Join a dynamic HR Shared Services team managing complex benefits, absences, and leaves policies in a fair, consistent, and compliant manner. You'll handle policy management, vendor relationships, legal and process changes, and provide support to the HR Shared Services team on all policy-related issues and inquiries. You will act as a subject matter expert on international benefits issues and provide guidance to HR Business Partners and Business Managers on managing employment risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling time off/leave of absence policies, terminations, ER cases
  • Analysing and answering HR-related queries
  • Partner with external consultants and internal teams
  • Interpreting and explaining company policies
  • A strong customer service orientation to effectively support employees and resolve their HR queries.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders

To be successful in this role, it is essential to have previous experience working in Employee Relations, Absences, and Leaves policies management, ideally in the bio-pharmaceutical industry. Package:

  • Type of contract: 6 months FTC : 12/05/2025 - 11/11/2025
  • Location: Stockley Park, London - hybrid (3 days onsite required)
  • Pay: up to £21 p/h (DOE) (approx. £41k p/a)
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (37.5 hours weekly)
