Job Location: THG HQ (WA15 0AF) Manchester - Office based

Myprotein, THG's largest brand. You will find an unrivalled passion from the staff in Myprotein, whose dedication over the years have turned it into market leader in multiple territories globally. Myprotein, from production through to PR, is a large single unit working consistently to deliver rapid growth in a fast moving industry. Innovation, creativity and resourcefulness are common characteristics of the staff across all departments in this ever-expanding team.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Influencer Manager on maintaining the German influencer program growth.
2. Reporting on German influencer performance on a weekly/bi-weekly/monthly basis.
3. General German influencer program maintenance - includes ensuring links, offers and reporting is up to date for all communications.
4. Identify opportunities for Myprotein to partner with new talents in Germany to help grow the global influencer program and identify as well as execute key recruitment strategies.
5. Work with internal stakeholders to plan, develop and execute influencer campaigns targeting the German market, considering the current German fitness industry and social media trends.
6. Oversee invoicing and payment of German influencers through a monthly PO.
7. Encourage greater collaboration between German influencers across brands and across different marketing channels.
8. Support the events, content and product teams to maximize the current influencer partnerships with a focus on German influencers.

We're looking for:

1. Degree Qualified (Preferred)
2. 1+ year experience in marketing (preferred)
3. A genuine interest in health, wellbeing, fitness and an ambition to be at the forefront of German influencer marketing.
4. Fluency in German.
5. An understanding of how influencers can play a key role in building brand awareness, affinity, content creation and driving commercial value for brands.
6. Deep knowledge of current and emerging German social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok etc.
7. Outstanding communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
8. A proactive self-starter with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to meet deadlines.
9. Knowledge of the German fitness industry and social media trends.
