Our client, a dynamic and innovative organisation, in between Ashford and Hythe, is seeking a talented German Account Manager to join their team. Job title: German speaking Account Manager

Salary: £40,000 OTE £50,000

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am -5pm

Annual leave: 20 days + Bank holidays

Travel: Once a quarter to Germany

As a German Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our client's business in Germany. With a current turnover of 1 million Euros, you will play a vital role in driving growth and increasing market share.

Your main responsibilities will include:

1. Building and nurturing relationships with dealers in Germany, who distribute our client's products.
2. Contacting Procurement Managers at distribution centres in Germany and coordinating marketing materials.
3. Delivering impactful product demos and presentations to potential customers.
4. Focusing on the Education sector in Germany and identifying new business opportunities.
5. Managing contracts and negotiating favourable terms.
6. Visiting Germany 3-4 times a year, including attending the prestigious German Trade Show in February.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

1. Fluent German language skills.
2. Previous experience in sales or account management, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
3. While a background in education sales would be advantageous, it is not essential.
