Job description

A leading consultancy is seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to enhance their dynamic team. This role promises a stimulating environment where your expertise will be pivotal in shaping projects across the transportation, industrial, retail, residential, and commercial sectors.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Foundation inspections
2. Data collection and interpretation
3. Preparation of Geotechnical Desk Studies and Interpretative Reports
4. Design and supervision of site investigations
5. Geotechnical analysis and design tasks such as foundation design and slope stability assessments
6. Providing site support and monitoring on infrastructure construction contracts

The ideal candidate will possess:

1. A first degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or Engineering Geology
2. Proficiency in PLAXIS and CAD
3. Exemplary report writing and communication skills
4. A clean driving license
5. A flexible, enthusiastic, and confident approach to project work
