A talented team in Birmingham is looking for a Geotechnical Engineer to join the office and help strengthen the Geotechnical team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Geotechnical Engineer to work on a wide range of projects that vary in size, scale, and complexity.

Your job as the Geotechnical Engineer will include a variety of responsibilities. From office to site, you will work closely alongside the team to:

1. Lead ground investigations
2. Produce phase 1 and 2 reports
3. Analyse geotechnical data
4. Liaise with clients
5. Identify and manage risks

As well as developing your own professional skillset, you will also be mentoring junior staff - helping the whole team excel. This role is a hybrid role where you will also have the benefit of working from home.

Essential Criteria:

• Bachelors or Masters in Geology/Civil Engineering
• Live within a commutable distance from the Birmingham office
• Full UK driving licence
