What You Will Do:

• Contribute to a wide range of projects, including site visits, scoping ground investigations (GI), and undertaking designs.
• Engage in report writing and presenting designs to clients, showcasing your strong communication skills.
• Manage projects and undertake checks on the designs of more junior engineers, demonstrating leadership abilities.
• Design for both temporary and permanent works including bearing capacity assessment, slope stability assessment, and pile design.
• Utilize your knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar drafting software to create detailed designs.
• Drive projects to completion, ensuring quality and compliance with Eurocodes.

What You Will Bring:

• A relevant degree in Civil Engineering/Geotechnical Engineering or a related discipline (e.g., Geology).
• Experience in geotechnical design to Eurocodes, enhancing your expertise in the field.
• A full clean UK driving licence, enabling you to visit various project sites.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar drafting software, complementing your design skills.
• Strong report writing abilities, allowing you to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
