We’re Hiring –

Senior or Principal Fluvial Geomorphologist (River Restoration / Catchment Specialist)!

Fishtek is growing, and we’re on the hunt for a passionate Fluvial Geomorphologist to join our team of river restoration and fish passage experts.

This is a chance to make a real difference on the ground — restoring rivers, reconnecting habitats, and delivering nature-based solutions that work.

We’re looking for someone who can:

- Write and win proposals — and enjoys the buzz of securing exciting new projects.

- Manage projects — keeping things on track, on budget, and delivering real impact.

- Design and assess — from feasibility through to detailed river restoration / NFM design.

- Understand rivers — solid fluvial geomorphology knowledge, ideally with sediment transport modelling experience.

- Work independently — but thrive as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team.

You’ll need:

A relevant degree (ideally MSc/PhD), solid experience in river projects, NFM, strong technical and communication skills, and a genuine passion for rivers and sustainability.
