Geography Teacher (Secondary School) in Grantham

Must be a car driver due to the location of the school.

Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver engaging and innovative Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4, with potential for KS5.
2. Teach Travel and Tourism, including preparing students for vocational qualifications or GCSE/BTEC options.
3. Foster a supportive and challenging learning environment that encourages all students to achieve their best.
4. Contribute to the department's collaborative planning and extracurricular activities.

We're looking for someone who:

1. Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Geography or a related subject.
2. Has experience teaching Geography at secondary level (KS3-KS4 required; KS5 desirable).
3. Has a passion for Travel and Tourism education, with relevant knowledge to deliver quality lessons.
4. Demonstrates strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
5. Shows a commitment to contributing to the wider school community.
