Your new role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Geography Teacher to join our dynamic team and inspire students with their passion for the subject. As a vital member of the teaching faculty, you will deliver engaging and high-quality lessons that foster curiosity, understanding, and a love of geography amongst learners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, deliver, and assess lessons in line with the curriculum, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
2. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and achievement.
3. Monitor and support the academic and personal development of students, providing constructive feedback to guide their progress.
4. Contribute to extracurricular activities and the wider school community.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of geographical concepts and teaching methodologies.

Requirements:

1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
2. Right to work in the United Kingdom.
3. Willingness to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
4. A degree in Geography or a related field is highly desirable.
5. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
6. A commitment to fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment.
