A Secondary School in Hertfordshire is looking to appoint a Geography Teacher / Geography ECT. The Head Teacher is looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Geography Teacher / Geography ECT who will aim to raise attainment.

Responsibilities:
• Teaching KS3 – KS4 Geography
• Delivering inspiring and challenging Geography lessons
• Working alongside a successful Humanities Team
• Bespoke induction and training for ECTs
• Full time and permanent position – employed by the school
• Fringe pay scale – MPS / UPS

Minimum Requirements:
• Must hold UK QTS
• An outstanding practitioner, with the energy to inspire, motivate and challenge students
• Passion for learning and teaching in Geography
• Positive, can-do attitude with colleagues and students
• Excellent interpersonal skills and is a real team player
• Confident classroom management skills
