Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons in English, Maths, and Science across KS3 and KS4
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all students
• Create a positive and stimulating learning environment
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support
• Ensure students meet their academic targets
• Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional learning needs
• Offer extra support for GCSE students where required
• Attend parents' evenings and school meetings when necessary

Requirements:

• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
• QTS or a degree in a relevant subject with teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of the national curriculum in English, Maths, and Science
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Resilience, patience, and a passion for teaching
• Ability to work collaboratively within a school environment
• Commitment to supporting students through key stages of their education
