This is a forward-thinking and inclusive school committed to delivering high-quality education. We are looking for an enthusiastic General Science Teacher to inspire students with a passion for science and scientific enquiry. This role begins September 2025.

Duties as General Science Teacher:

1. Plan and deliver engaging science lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5.
2. Teach a combination of Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
3. Develop students’ understanding of scientific concepts and practical skills.
4. Encourage curiosity, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
5. Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
6. Use experiments, technology, and real-world examples to enhance learning.
7. Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop the science curriculum.
8. Contribute to extracurricular activities such as science clubs and trips.

Ideal General Science Teacher:

1. Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
2. Has experience teaching science in a primary/secondary school setting.
3. Is passionate about making science engaging and accessible for all students.
4. Has strong classroom management and communication skills.
5. Is committed to professional development and teamwork.
