• £40,000 basic salary with £52,000+ uncapped on-target-earnings plus company car.
• Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:00pm with 1 in 2 Saturdays 9:00am-4:00pm.

We are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our Client’s franchise-approved car dealership in Cardigan/carmerthenshire.Working for an Automotive Business, the successful General Sales Manager will be an experienced manager who is well-versed in Car Sales and running a successful Sales Department.Our Client is offering the successful General Sales Manager up to £52,000 OTE.Key Responsibilities for this General Sales Manager role:

• Lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced.
• Develop and roll out dealership marketing and publicity strategies to support objectives.
• Support the dealerships to consistently achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ensure dealership activities are conducted in line with our clients, manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
• Sell and Buy Vehicles

• Have a proven track record within a General Sales Manager role
• Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
• Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
