What you will do:

1. Conduct X-rays, fluoroscopy, CT, MRI, or other specified imaging techniques as necessary.
2. Ensure high-quality imaging standards whilst prioritising patient comfort and safety.
3. Provide leadership and direction to Band 5 radiographers, students, and assistants by supervising and mentoring.
4. Collaborate seamlessly with radiologists, clinicians, and other healthcare team members.
5. Maintain comprehensive patient records and adhere strictly to radiation safety regulations (IR(ME)R).
6. Engage in quality assurance processes, conduct audits, and contribute to service improvements.
7. Participate in on-call, weekend, and shift work patterns, being adaptable to the demands of the role, including long days as needed.
