We have an exciting opportunity for two General Practitioners to join our Primary Care team at HMP Foston Hall, a female closed prison based in Derby. HMP Foston Hall houses around 300 patients aged between 18-75 years of age. Within this role, you will be delivering out of hours reception clinics for the new intake of patients. This will involve prescribing same day medications, supporting acute illness and injury, as well as creating detox plans for alcohol and opiate misuse. You will be working closely with the multi-disciplinary team, particularly nursing, pharmacy, and substance misuse teams.
Hours: Monday to Friday 4.30pm - 8.30pm
We are looking for 2 GPs to take this role on as a job share.
Salary: This position is part-time; you'll receive an annual salary up to £131,000 per annum FTE depending on experience.
