Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 base + car

Beach Baker is working with a respected multi-disciplinary independent property consultancy based in Hertfordshire, operating across three offices. Their Commercial department provides a full range of services across the commercial property market, delivering a high level of service and expertise to a loyal client base.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join their established Landlord & Tenant team as a General Practice Surveyor. The successful candidate will take on a broad role involving rent reviews, lease renewals, and valuations for tax and probate purposes. You'll also provide valuable support to the Property Management and Agency departments.

We are ideally looking for someone MRICS qualified, though strong experience will also be considered. This role offers real scope for progression within an entrepreneurial and forward-thinking environment.

Requirements:

• RICS Chartered (preferred)
• 5+ years post-qualification experience beneficial
• Strong negotiation and client-facing skills
• Familiarity with the Herts/Essex border market desirable
• Proficient in IT and property management systems
