Job Description

As General Manager UK&I, you will:

  • Lead and manage the UK business to achieve business objectives.
  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of business operations with a focus on sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans in alignment with company objectives.
  • Manage budget and resource allocation.
  • Analyse and report on sales metrics and forecast future sales.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Coordinate with other department heads to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

The Successful Applicant

The General Manager UK&I should have:

  • A track record of selling IT technology solutions into the Retail and Hospitality sectors, which is an absolute must for the role.
  • Ideally an enterprise customer focus and take a hands on approach to sales as well as driving sales through teams.
  • Both a sales and operational leadership background.
  • A proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a multi functional team.
  • A sales led background with a track record of delivering growth.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales metrics and forecasting trends.
  • The willingness to travel for client meetings, including weekly travel to their Leeds office.
