Here at GXO Logistics, we’re currently searching for a General Manager of Transformation & Change to oversee two 750,000 sq ft buildings at a site in Newark. In this role, you will lead the site to success, spearheading transformation initiatives in a customer-facing capacity and driving change management and automation implementation across our omnichannel operation.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. However, this is a 24/7 operation, so you’ll need to offer a level of flexibility in terms of working hours – no two weeks are the same, this is logistics after all!
Pay, benefits and more:
You’ll be paid a salary of up to £83,000 per annum. You’ll also receive 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance.
